Attendees who require wheelchair access to the Platinum suite will be directed to lifts available to take them to floors 2 and 3. There are also accessible toilets throughout the venue.


The nearest DLR and Underground station to the Enactus UK & Ireland National Expo is at Custom House. This can be reached by the Elizabeth Line. The 2024 Expo can be found by accessing the WEST entrance of the ExCel and heading towards the Platinum Suite.


Please note, you are responsible for your own belongings, equipment, and anything that you bring with you on the day. There will be a cloakroom, but we suggest that you bring the least amount with you as possible.

There are charge boxes for phones located east and west of the venue near the entrances. The cost is £1.50 for 30 minutes and £2.00 for 50 minutes.


At ExCeL there will be free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using their standard log-in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

 


You can approach any of the ExCeL team who can help you with a medical emergency or go to level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by N4/S4.


There are a variety of catering facilities on site that will be open throughout the event. Please feel to bring a packed lunch with you on the day if you would prefer. Note: We will not be allowing access to the main room when we have started so not to distract the people on stage, so please be mindful of timing!

To clarify Enactus UK & Ireland WILL NOT be providing food. Food options are available on the day via external organisations in association with the ExCel which are linked below.

There are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by the halls S4 and S7.


Car Parking is available onsite for cars, vans and minibuses. There is at a flat rate of £25 per 24 hours. For directions, please follow this link:

The dress code is Smart Casual attire - please feel free to wear any Enactus branding or use this as an opportunity to represent your university!

We want everyone to enjoy the event, so please ensure you are appropriately dressed.


The Enactus official photographer/ videographer has full access to all presentation rooms at any time. This includes the use of lights and necessary equipment. All teams should be prepared for the possibility of members of the media recording or taking pictures of their presentations.

 
 

Multi-Faith Prayer Room

There is a Multi-Faith Prayer room that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Please note that Enactus UK & Ireland is unable to support with any costs associated with travel and accommodation. We have included some potential options below for you to explore to support your team’s attendance at the 2024 Expo:

Lost Property

The ExCel work closely with their teams, to reunite you with your lost items. If you think you've lost something at ExCeL London, please contact lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity.
