Coaching4Impact Questions

  • As a coach, you should attend the student teams' monthly support network meeting and the monthly coach call hosted by Enactus UK (September - April). This will only total 2-3 hours per month. Feel free to volunteer as much of your time as you would like to support your team!

  • Your main contact in the student teams is the Vice President of Engagement (VPE). They are responsible for managing the teams' relationships with their support network, this includes organising and arranging the monthly support network meetings you will be attending, sending out agendas and notes following each meeting.

  • You will be connected to your team by Enactus UK at the Coach Networking Connection Call at the start of the academic year. You will also be connected to your team by email.

  • We strategically assign coaches based on geographical location, however, we take into consideration the coach preferences first, please email clea@enactus.org.

  • : If you are struggling to contact your team (you have chased them/followed up and still not heard) please reach out as soon as possible to Charlie at clea@enactus.org.

  • If you would like to change teams for any reason please reach out to Charlie at clea@enactus.org.

  • You will receive monthly training and resources from Enactus UK.

  • You will likely be supporting the team with 2-3 other business coaches.

  • As coaching is offered predominately virtually, you could be connected to a team anywhere in the UK. However, we do take into account location when connecting teams to coaches.

 

Coach Clinic Questions

  • The coaching clinics are designed to give you the opportunity to register for a virtual 2-hour session to provide individual project support.

    It is entirely up to you in how many sessions you wish to participate in.

  • Yes! We welcome and appreciate support from all of our coaches on our coach clinic sessions.

  • Yes! To attend all three of our coach clinics, please make sure to register in advance through our Coach Clinic page.
